Blackboard FAQs

Students,

There are known issues for students and faculty using Microsoft Internet Explorer with Blackboard 9.1 Service Pack 4. If you are experiencing problems with Internet Explorer when working in Blackboard, you might use Mozilla Firefox. Students and faculty have reported far fewer issues while in Firefox.

 

If you are a new NWCCD online learner or new to the Blackboard 9.1 course management environment, you are expected to complete one of the Orientation to Online Learning options.

I don't see my course on the Blackboard 9.1 My Institution page.

I can't open Word 2007 or PowerPoint 2007 files. What can I do?

Nothing happens when I try to open a PDF file
